What you write in Help me explain
The tool helps you put together a message to say or show someone. Your message is generated in your browser. The choices and text you enter are used to create the message shown on your screen.
The tool does not send your message to Womanhood Initiative, Supabase or visit statistics. You decide whether to copy, print or show it to someone.
If you copy the message, it goes to your device's clipboard. If you print it or save it as a file, you create your own copy. Other people may be able to access such copies on shared devices. You can select Start again when you have finished.
Visit statistics
We count how often the homepage and the main areas for ages 8–12, ages 13–17, parents and carers, and professionals are opened. This helps us understand how Tidlignok is used and where we should develop content further.
The statistics table contains the date, the name of the main area and the number of page views. It does not contain names, IP addresses, user IDs, text entered in tools or answers you selected. Specific health topics or questions are not recorded in this table.
The counter does not use cookies or stored identifiers to recognise visitors. One person may generate multiple page views. The label Ages 8–12 identifies which page was opened, not the visitor's actual age.
The numbers are stored in Supabase. Access to the statistics dashboard is password-protected.
How long do we keep statistics?
We keep aggregated daily counts over time to follow Tidlignok's development, improve content and document use in reports and funding applications. There is no fixed deletion date for these aggregated counts.
The dashboard allows us to view the past 30 days, past 90 days, current year or entire period. We can also download daily totals as a CSV file for reports and applications. These are aggregated numbers without identifiers that would allow us to track individual people.
What your browser may remember
Some pages can remember which explanation card you opened, helping you return to the same place. This is stored temporarily in your browser's current tab to make navigation easier.
This is separate from visit statistics. The visit counter does not read this browser storage.
Technical information when you visit
Tidlignok is hosted by Vercel, while Supabase stores daily statistics. To deliver the site and handle errors and security, these service providers may process technical information about the connection.
Such information may include the IP address, time and details of the request. An IP address is used when your device connects to the internet. Technical logs are separate from the visit-statistics table.
Vercel's logs may include the address of the page visited. This means a topic page might appear in technical logs even when that topic is not recorded in our visit-statistics table.
Under our current plans, Vercel states one-hour retention for runtime logs and Supabase states one-day retention for API and database logs. These record how services operate and respond to requests. These durations refer to those log types, not the aggregated daily statistics.
Providers may keep other internal logs and information under their own terms, including for security and legal obligations. We therefore do not claim that all technical information is deleted after one hour or one day.

If you choose to share a message in a chat, email or another app, the privacy terms of that service also apply.
