TidlignokWomanhood Initiative

Pilots and collaboration

Adapted to the organisation, rather than the other way round.

Tidlignok can be introduced as a limited pilot or as a larger collaboration across services and organisations. The scope is adapted to the organisation's audience, structure and needs.

Different ways to start

From one unit to broad implementation

Limited pilot

Suitable when one school, service or smaller unit wants to try Tidlignok with a clearly defined audience or during a defined period.

Interdisciplinary pilot

Suitable when several services will use Tidlignok together, for example schools, the school health service, health centres and cooperation with parents.

Municipality or organisation

Suitable when the solution will be implemented more broadly across several organisations, services or geographical areas.

Possible deliverables

What can be included?

Not every collaboration needs everything. The deliverables are put together according to what actually provides value for the organisation and its audience.

Pricing

Pilots and organisational agreements are priced individually

A school, a city district and a large municipality have different needs. The price is therefore based on the scope of the collaboration, the degree of local adaptation, implementation needs, project management capacity and the follow-up required. For larger 12-month implementations, the agreement can include a dedicated Tidlignok project manager throughout the period.

Scope

How many organisations, services or units the collaboration will cover.

Adaptation

How much local content, dedicated entry points, specific resources or new modules need to be developed.

Project management

How much project management capacity is needed throughout the period, from coordination and progress management to meetings, training, follow-up and evaluation.

Evaluation

The extent of follow-up, measurement, reporting and documentation the organisation wants.
