01
Establish the project
Clarify the project goals, scope, the organisation's project owner and the project management capacity Tidlignok will provide throughout implementation.
Implementation package
Here we gather ready-to-use texts, messages and a simple implementation plan that make it easier to introduce Tidlignok to children, teenagers, parents and staff.
Suggested rollout
01
Clarify the project goals, scope, the organisation's project owner and the project management capacity Tidlignok will provide throughout implementation.
02
Use the partner link and QR code consistently so the audience always reaches the same local entry point.
03
Show staff where to find the audience sections, professional resources and local support services before launch.
04
Combine parent messages, the website, posters and internal channels so Tidlignok is visible where the audience already is.
05
Use aggregate traffic data and qualitative feedback to see what is being used and what should be improved.
Ready-to-use texts
Parents and guardians
The school or municipality can use the text on its school platform, in an email or in a newsletter when introducing Tidlignok to parents and carers.
Suggested text
We are introducing Tidlignok, a knowledge resource for children, teenagers, parents and professionals. Here you can find age-appropriate information about the body, puberty, menstruation, feelings, boundaries and health. The resource can be used without signing in and is designed to make it easier to find knowledge and start good conversations at home. You can find our local entry point to Tidlignok through the link we share here.
Staff and professionals
Can be used on an intranet, in an email or as an introduction before a professional briefing.
Suggested text
We are introducing Tidlignok as a shared resource in our work with children, teenagers and parents. Tidlignok brings together age-appropriate knowledge and tools for teaching, conversations, guidance and cooperation with parents. The professionals' section includes lesson plans, conversation support and practical resources. Users do not need to sign in.
Website
A short introduction for the municipality's, school's or organisation's website.
Suggested text
Tidlignok gives children, teenagers, parents and professionals knowledge about the body, health, puberty, feelings, boundaries and relationships. We have our own local entry point where you can find Tidlignok's resources and relevant support services gathered in one place.
Screens and posters
For use with the partner's own QR code in schools, health centres, libraries or other relevant meeting places.
Suggested text
Do you have a question about your body, puberty, periods, feelings or boundaries? Tidlignok explains from the beginning. Scan the QR code and choose the section that suits you.
Social media
A simple text the organisation can use when launching its local Tidlignok entry point.
Suggested text
We are now making Tidlignok available as a local resource for children, teenagers, parents, carers and professionals. Here you can find age-appropriate knowledge, conversation tools and routes to further help when you need it. No sign-in is required.
Teaching and conversations
A short spoken introduction professionals can use before showing the resource to a group or an individual.
Suggested text
Tidlignok is a place you can use when you have questions about your body, your health, feelings or boundaries. You do not need any prior knowledge, and you do not need to create an account. You can read on your own, or we can use the site together.
Project management
For larger pilots and organisational agreements, Tidlignok can provide a dedicated project manager throughout implementation. The project manager works with the organisation's project owner and follows progress, local adaptations, training, meetings, coordination, follow-up and evaluation.
Project management capacity is agreed according to scope
A limited pilot may require light project management, while a 12-month implementation across several services may require substantial project management capacity. This is included in calculating the total project price.
QR and partner link
Each partner can receive one permanent link, for example tidlignok.no/en/partner/kommune. The same link is used in the QR code, parent messages, websites and materials. This makes both sharing and simple traffic measurement more straightforward.
QR placeholder
When a specific partner is ready, we generate a QR code that links directly to that partner's entry point.
Implementation principle
Tidlignok should be easy to open, understand and share. We therefore build implementation without user registration and without requiring children, teenagers or parents to provide personal information to access the content.
